Data we process
The data you enter in the inquiry form or include in an e-mail: e-mail address, phone number, name and company if provided, and the content of the inquiry (product, quantity, delivery location, requirements).
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to handle your inquiry, prepare a quotation and communicate with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
If a contract is concluded, we also process the data to perform the contract and meet legal obligations, for example in accounting.
How long we keep data
If an inquiry does not lead to an order, we keep the data for at most 2 years after the last communication. Order and invoice data are kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
Who has access
Only authorised company employees process the data. To run the website and e-mail we use service providers who process data only on our instructions: our web hosting provider, our e-mail provider (EXO TECHNOLOGIES spol. s r.o.) and Web3Forms, which delivers form messages to our e-mail.
We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies and no visitor tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from our own server. The map link opens Google Maps, where Google's terms apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Send requests to hlodak@drevinslovakia.sk.
