What ISO 9001 is
ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems. It does not specify the properties of a particular product but how a company manages its work: with clearly defined procedures, checks that they are followed, handling of errors and complaints, and continuous improvement. The 2015 version also emphasises risk management and customer satisfaction.
What our certificate covers
- manufacture of wooden packaging and cut-to-size parts,
- sawing of roundwood and production of primary wood products,
- heat treatment of wooden packaging to ISPM 15.
The system therefore covers our entire process, from roundwood through pallet production to heat treatment.
